Secondly, USE AFFIRMATIONS. Write down your goal and paste somewhere you can see it regularly and often. By the bed is one of the most popular places. Just make yourself acknowledge and believe your goal every time you get to bed and get off the bed.

Thirdly, MAKE IT FUN. You don't want to do something every day that makes you quail at the name of it, do you? Just make sure you are enjoying it. If swimming isn't your cup of tea, go run the highway. If yoga pants aren't for you, don't wear anything. Well, I was kidding, wear something that makes you feel comfortable. Pamper yourself! You are doing it for yourself. It's not work, but it's meant to be play!
