Next time a woman does something that really upsets
you, instead of getting angry at her, try acting disappointed
instead.
Why? Because in many cases, if you get angry at a
woman, it will just show you're letting her "get to you".
For example, let's say you're going out with a woman and
she's flirting with another man in front of you to make
you jealous. (Either consciously or subconsciously...)
If you get mad at her and act upset, you'll just be giving
her the "emotional payoff" that she has been seeking all
along.
