How to Go and Talk to a Woman in the Bus

If you are someone who travels by bus regularly, I am sure you have come across a situation where you wanted to know how to go and talk to a woman in the bus, haven’t you?

Just imagine the situation. You are sitting in the bus to your office while you see someone sitting on the opposite seat. Or maybe you are standing while someone comes to stand just beside you, and needless to say, this someone takes your heart away. You know you want to know more about her the moment you see her.

You got to go and talk to that woman in the bus.

But damn! All these people in the bus! They are watching each and every action of you. If you make a single silly move, they are going to laugh their ass away together.

Can you really go up and stand up to where she is sitting and say Hi? Well, sure you can but I think you have to consider a few aspects before you just go up to her.

Firstly, most girls, more so if she is in great demand or just an introvert, she would not feel so comfortable when you come on so strong on her. Some outgoing girls might just want to snob you down to prove their power. It is just basic human psychology. In a bus, she is in a static mode and you never come on too strong on a girl in a static mode. In this case, she reacts to the maximum, whether good or bad. So, going too direct is not a clever option.

Secondly, you will be under high social pressure when you start to talk to the girl. Each and every person will be watching you doing the act, and once it is done, you have to bear the consequences, no matter what. And there is the problem. If she rejected you and you were to leave the place, then it would have been easier for you. But since you have to stay there for some time, it can be hard to tolerate the negative social attention.

Thirdly, you do not have much time to have a deep chat with her. She might be getting down at the next stoppage, who knows? So, you have to make it real quick. Any wastage of time is just not feasible enough.

So, you see, going and talking to women in the bus is not an easy affair as you might have thought. Too fast and she sees you as a sleazy stranger. Too slow and she is out of the bus, and you never going to see her again. What a tricky situation!

In such a case, I would probably do the following things as listed below.

1.       If she is sitting distant from you and you are sitting too, I would try to get her to notice me and smile at her. Considering her reaction, I can approach saying Hi. Or else, I would really get down at her stoppage and approach her on the road, because approaching her in the bus was just not possible.

2.       If she is standing beside you, you can just say that she resembles one of your friends or that she has nice perfume. Any comment will do.

3.       If she is sitting beside you, you can just ask her where she will get down, and transition with the above statement. Any comment will do.

4.       If she is standing far from you and you are sitting, you can actually call her to see if she is someone you know and when you find out, you do not know her, you can actually offer her the seat. In this case also, a smile beforehand can work wonders.

5.       If you are standing far from her, just go and stand by her, and make a nice compliment. There it goes.

6.       If she is sitting and you are standing, go stand beside her and make a nice compliment. Just do not make it look abnormal.

These are the possible situations in a bus and these are how you possibly go and talk to a girl in the bus. You must have noticed something common in these entire situations.

You have to smile at her and get some rapport going.

You have to get next to her.

You have to make a nice or witty compliment to her.

These three routines work each and every time. So the next time you are thinking of how to go and talk to the girl in the bus, keep this in mind.
